House rules
Minimum stay: 5 nights. $300 per night, plus cleaning fee.
Lakefront fencing: Please note, the lake is NOT fenced, therefore may not be suitable for small children. Please book at your own discretion.
No large groups / parties. This is a quiet neighbourhood, and we love our neighbours, so large groups won’t be accepted.
No pets: To maintain the quality and comfort of our home, pets are not permitted.
Bring your own linen: Please bring all your own bedding, towels and tea-towels as these are not provided. Duvets and pillows are provided.
Watersport equipment: Guests must bring their own watersports equipment, as this is not supplied.
Tennis racquets: Are provided for the nearby Tennis courts, please bring your own balls.
Cleaning, packup & conditions
Cleaning
We do request that you give the home a general clean as you depart. A cleaning fee applies for our cleaners to check the home and ensure it is ready for the next person.
Lake quality
There have been instances of algae in at Lake Hood in the past. We will advise if this happens during your stay. Please note that this is beyond our control, and refunds cannot be provided in such instances.
